En route to East Peak Osceola the trail crosses a slide with this view. We got to look back at our shelter where we came from on Greeley Pond. Nothing prepared me for ascending 1850 feet in 1.5 miles as we ascended East Peak. I never knew a hiking trail could be so steep.
