Album Info:
We had a couple of days this week when it didn't rain, hail, storm or the winds weren't blowing 40 miles per hour. So first chance we got, we went to the St. Louis Zoo for a day outing. P1280748

This looks like so much fun! We went to that zoo about 25 years ago and it was pouring rain! It was a very fast and short visit. All I remember is a beautiful Peacock with it's feather all flared out. Then we ran for the car.

Sure has greened up there for you. Such lovely colors. I really like how the train just pops with all the green and purple from the iris. We have winds here almost all the time..... till it warms up then it is in the 90s and triple digits.... ugg

After worrying at the thoughts of you and Bob battling tornadoes all week what do I find? That you have been blithely wandering around parks and adding a few more stunning photos to your already bulging collection! Seems that even massive storms won't deter you! And how fortunate that is for the rest of us who look forward to your pictures every week. What this means, in short, is that this is a ripper shot mate!!

LOL! We had a rainy stormy week too last week and that's why all of my photos were taken inside. It was just too ugly to go out. We rode the train at our last visit to the St. Louis zoo. Sam, who loves to play with trains HATED riding on the train. LOL! Still don't know why, but he was miserable. Thanks for sharing this week. Hugs! Kris :)
