I've seen this statue, which stands outside the spectacular Nottingham Castle, many times. I believe there used to be an arrow, but 'souvenir hunters' or vandals kept stealing it!

Great beauty amongst the squalor! I guess he remains untouched because he was a dreamer, and dreams are all these people have left.
