Plastic hummingbird feeders are easier to clean than glass and last longer. Currently I use four of them and have retired my glass feeders.

How often do we have to clean and refresh sugar water, Sam?

what a fine capture....the hummers are stunning, and the plastic feeder is a perfect example of fantastic plastic! ...and I am just peagreen with envy because we do not have any hummers in our yard-next year we will be planting to encourage them to visit us. Oh, this whole hummer album is sooo fine. ◘◘◘ Penny

Great shot and good info Sam. Now a silly question...Are the immatures because they are not inflight while they are feeding? Good Luck, Cheers Robyn :)

Built with their own little perch to stand on. This is great. Good luck in the plastic cc, Betty

Very sweet capture and nice use of plastic :-)

After all, this makes us doubt that the beautiful hummingbirds are real ones...

Surprised to see two on a feeder. Ours are so possessive there's a fight if anyone tries to share. Silly birds - four ports and they have to chase each other all over creation.
