Wonderful job. Getting the exposure and focus right of a flying bird is very difficult. I find it almost impossible.

A very large dove in fancy-dress? The facts: BRAHMINY KITE (Haliastur indus - 19 inches, fish-hawk, ranges over entire Oriental Region and parts of Australia. Part of the ACCIPITRIDAE HAWK FAMILY, 217 SPECIES (INCLUDES Eagles/Kites/Buzzards (Amer. Hawks) Sparrowhawks, Lammergeier and Harriers (Amer. aslo 'hawks') Me an Academic Freak? No-way! Joost owner of an excellent WORLD ATLAS OF BIRDS!) After all that, this pic is still the usual high-quality of Steve Axford (changed from Oxford to go with Austral.?) L.O.L.

What a beautiful bird. I love birds & actually have two little parakeets, One bright green with a little yellow on his head & the other is turquoise.
