To answer Judy: Yes, it IS Tel-Aviv: taken from the south and looking toward the north, where you can just make out the Hilton Hotel in the background! I wouldn't mind living on the top floor of one of the modern apartment buildings with an unobstructed view of the sea and sunsets [sigh]!
