Isn't it funny about old boats, they just don't look old and rundown like an old house. They still retain their dignity and charm no matter what state we leave them in.

Well, i feel alittle better knowing it is part of a display. We lived in North Carolina for a while, along the Intercoastal Inland Waterway. Would see boats such as this and sometimes a little bigger sitting in a bog, just rotting away. But bet they were great in their day!

This old derelict is quite the contrast to the magnificent sailing ships seen elsewhere in this album, but that's what happens sometimes. Good shot! Fred
