Hi - check out this link - I believe this is your photo http://www.pickle.com/nachi/114/671083. This person has been stealing photos from Webshots and reposting them on his own WS account as well as FlickR. We just found this account also. I have reported him to WS but they won't remove his account, they just removed the stolen photos. This person seems to steal mosly POTDs, especially creative challeng winners. Candy, No problem about letting you know about the photo on Pickle. My stole photo was on FlickR. The person who let me know actually created a WS account just to be able to leave me a message. This is the second time that photo has been stolen. You can find it at http://www.webshots.com/collections/winnerscircle/winnerscircle_p100.html. Thanks for looking through my albums. As you may have noticed there are only 2. After my photo was stolen I made all my albums private except my 3 a week. Someone in my 3 a week group who lives in Australia will be visiting Bryce in November and asked me to unlock the album. I just forgot to lock it up again.

I like a lot of things about WS but they do noting to protect your photos unless you are one of their pros. There is nothing stopping anyone from right clicking the image and saving it to their machine. I have been spending a little time over on FlickR lately and have made a few contacts there. One thing that FlickR does is make it easy for you to protect your photos against being copied. If you set a certain setting then if someone tries to right click and copy all they get is a useless GIF image about 1 inch square. I've emailed the editors more than once about a few things, specifically 1) why won't they protect our photos better and 2)why can't we be eligible to win the creative challenges if we watermark our photos. I have never received a response to either of these questions even though I've asked a few times. I'm thinking about switching teams and going to FlickR.
