Hi Tony, I love ladybirds, but Susie's version was a little different to ours - I'd never heard aout little Nan and her pan and gold laces! Cheers Margaret downunder.

Brilliant! This reminds me of when a child we always recited this, when a lady bug landed on our arms or hands, sometimes we had to coax them there. lol "Ladybug, Ladybug, fly away home....your house is on fire, and your children will burn. Except little Nan, who sits in a pan, weaving gold laces as fast as she can!" Beautiful shot, and thanks for the memories this brought to me. Susie
