Here is a view east from VT 242. On the left is Sugarloaf Mountain looking down on Hazen’s Notch and on the right is Burnt Mountain which was climbed on Wed. May 30. The weather today was another record setting hot and humid day with a temperature in the low 80s. We started the hike at VT 242 in Jay Pass at 0.0 2220 8:50 AM.
