A wonderfully composed image, I love how the beautiful branching arches over the river framing this image in lovely autumn gold and red colours!!! I miss colours!! Today the temp is minus -8F with more snow in the forecast, and the world appears as a monochromatic landscape here in Interior Alaska! The sun is skipping across the horizon during the day, and soon it will be darkness round the clock for many weeks .... It is so amazing as there was a sundog today just visible through the deep winter clouds highlighting them with prismatic colours so faint they were barely visible. This is lovely Rob! Sharon

Now, this subject is perfect for a painting. Composition is just great! I might try this one in watercolor someday soon if you don't mind!!!!! This one has depth, has sun, (my motto is 'no sun, no fun') color, every element is there. Cia Cia
