I once had a client whose offices were located on an estate where they had wild chicken roaming the bushes - and these fellows! Great stuff. And a very neat capture!

I love these blue chickens. I have been thinking I would love to have one here as a watch dog. I don't think it would work tho.

Ok! Nice bit of humour Donald. I also think this is a male (peacock) rather than a hen (peahen) Regardless, it is one of natures beautiful creatures.

Ah, yes! It's that time of the year when the Blue Chickens lose all their tail feathers, but come spring they'll be ready to show off again! I'm pretty sure this is a peacock and not a peafowl. No matter--they're handsome all year long and love to show off! Great shot, Don! Their colors always amaze me! Greetings, Sharon

So where are his tail feathers? Im assuming this is a peacock and not a peahen. As the ladies are usally more drab. I'd love to have a couple of the mrs tail feathers for my cats. Such a lovely blue. Hope you have a great week end.

LOL. Love your title of Blue Chicken. I love this pretty blue peafowl, or female peacock.
