Before leaving the area I took this photo from Platte Clove Road � a view of Sugarloaf, Mink Hollow & Plateau. We climbed Sugarloaf from Mink Hollow on the right. From Mink Hollow we climbed 1100 feet in one mile and the total elevation gain on this hike was 1600 feet.
