Sun Shower, Melbourne Botanic Gardens.

Album Info:
This scene was captured recently during one of the rare showers drought-stricken Melbourne has had in the last 6 years. It may be the portent of drought-breaking rains that are hoped to come in about 2 months. Much of Australia is in the grip of its worst drought in a century. Severe water restrictions apply. In October one of the country's largest electricity suppliers told Australians they should refrain from singing, daydreaming and other "non-essential activities" in the shower in order to save power and water. Colours and the mist were intensified in Photoshop.
