Album Info:

What seems to be a mountain in the distance is actually an astrogeological feature. Resembling a crater, this 4.5 kilometre-wide structure is the result of a comet or low density asteroid that uplifted and upturned rocks that were 3 kilometres below the surface of 142.5 million years ago. The convulsion felt around the world must have destroyed most life forms within hundreds of kilometres. The fine atmospheric debris would have affected world weather patterns for years. The original 20 kilometre-wide crater that lay about 500 metres above it has since been stripped away by erosion. The blast energy is estimated to be 1 million times that of the Hiroshima bomb.
