From Lambert Ridge in the haze on the horizon is Mt. Kearsarge. It seems along time ago when we hiked that summit on our way up to New Hampshire. The total elevation gain for this hike was 4600 feet. This was the longest, toughest and most demanding hike of the trip. That is why we pushed the hike back a day to get a good day for this extraordinary long venture.
